Flat Creek Baptist Church will host a “Mighty Men of God” conference Friday and Saturday, Aug. 5 and 6, for all men of the community age 12 and older. The conference will feature Dr. Paul David Freed, minister, author, publisher and TV personality, who will speak on manhood, fatherhood, sonship, leadership and friendship principles, and workplace issues.
On Friday, doors open at 6:30 p.m. with the conference scheduled from 6:45 – 9:30 p.m.
On Saturday, coffee and doughnuts will be available at 8 a.m., with the conference scheduled from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
The cost is $15 for Young Mighty Men ages 12 – 17, and $35 for adult pre-registration by Monday Aug.1. The cost is $45 for adult registration after Aug. 1.
