Mrs. Virginia May White, of Christian City, formerly of Fayetteville, passed away on December 19, 2010 at the age of 94.
Mrs. White was a homemaker and loving mother and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husband Lt. Col. (Ret.) Bill White and one brother.
She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Blackford of Lithia Springs, Joyce Kay White of Dahlonega; son Danny James White and daughter-in-law Margaret White of Atlanta; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren and one nephew.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2010 at 11:30 AM in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville, with Reverend Glenn Stringham officiating. Burial will follow at Camp Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:30 to 11:30 at the funeral home.
