0Lower Fayetteville Road will be closed Oct. 9 and 10 on the east side of the intersection with Ga. Highway 154 for replacement of a cross drain pipe. Signage will be in place and detours will be routed along Bob Smith Road, to Willis Road, to Hwy. 154. Signage is in place now notifying the traveling public.
The real question is not whether these projects create any value, but whether the public costs are being modeled honestly…
