Cadette Girl Scout Emily Bunker hosted a Math Boot Camp for 4th, 5th and 6th graders to improve basic math skills.  The camp was a Silver Girl Scout Award Project which requires scouts to identifying a need in the community, make a plan to address it, and then implement it.  Bunker was mentored by Kimberly Fisher, math teacher at J.C.Booth Middle School.  The week long camp was attended by 28 students and 13 volunteers helped make it possible.  Bunker is a member of Girl Scout Troop 19153, led by Laura Mullen and Cathy Moore.
