N. Fayetteville power outage due to auto crash

Power was out temporarily for a portion of north Fayetteville after a 4 p.m. auto crash on Banks and Ellis Road, emergency officials said.

A vehicle at the intersection struck a power pole, damaging the power lines, officials said. It is not immediately known how long the power will be out.
