Recently the Fayette Adult Education, ESL class, read “Three Cups of Tea” by Greg Mortenson, a book about building schools in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Upon finishing the book, Yon-Sook Dickinson, an ESL student in the class, started a donation for Pennies for Peace, Mortenson’s organization for school building fund raising.
