Ann Busey, proprietor of Beyond the Door in historic Senoia, Georgia announces the grand opening of her unique home décor shop Saturday, October 1, 10 a.m-7 p.m.
Beyond the Door has moved to 30 Main Street into the newly restored old Hollberg building. The restoration brought back the original charm of the building revealing the brick walls, hidden windows, and high ceilings. Reclaimed wood flooring using antique nails enhances the overall experience of “stepping back in time”.
The welcoming ambiance invites shoppers to browse, explore, and delight in their discovery of the many unequaled decorative items for the home. The experience of shopping at Beyond the Door promises to be a visual treat.
Step behind the door and enter a world that bespeaks of a touch of European flair offering eclectic décor that feels hand-made—like you the customer are purchasing that one of a kind item that matches your individual taste.
Vignettes for the kitchen, living room, bedroom and every room in the home will be styled with fascinating ideas including furniture, mirrors, lamps, art work by local artists and much more.
During the grand opening all purchasers will be eligible for an hourly drawing in which a decorative item from the shop will be awarded.
A” Meet the Artist” evening is planned for Friday, October 7, 5-7 p.m. Wine and cheese will be served. Represented local artists Pam Green, Rhonda Moye, Jan Fruit, Karen Frankowitz, Eleanor “honey” Corbin, and Georgie Dunn will be present.
