Mrs. Lynn D. Rogers of Fayetteville died April 6, 2011.

Mrs. Rogers, preceded in death by her husband Walter G. Rogers Jr., was a longtime member of the Mullins Methodist Church in Memphis and a graduate of Blue Mountain College.

She is survived by her son Walt Rogers and his wife Jolene of Peachtree City; grandchildren, Chris Rogers and his wife Laura of Fayetteville; Reah Rogers and her husband Matt Masquelet of Atlanta ; Wesley Rogers of Peachtree City; great-grandchild, Chris Rogers Jr. of Fayetteville.

Funeral services will be held Sunday April 10, 2011 at 1:30 PM at the chapel of Carl J Mowell & Son ( Peachtree City ). Rev. Rex Kaney will officiate. Interment services will immediately follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday April 9, 2011 from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, Tn. 38105.
