Edgefield mid-week revival is tonight

Gospel Quartet Explosion set for March 5
Woods Memorial Baptist Church will present its First Gospel Quartet Explosion to celebrate Pastor Toney Mosley and Family’s 18th anniversary on Saturday, March 5, at 4 p.m. The event will feature Harold Holloway and Company, New Delieverance, A Blend of Men, Joyful Sounds of Zion, and Unity, along with other groups. New class for single moms at PTCUMC
“Holding on to Hope,” a new 11-week class for single moms begins this Sunday, March 6, from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Peachtree City United Methodist Church. The purpose is to provide a place where single moms can come together, recognizing both shared and unique circumstances. The study is based on the book Holding on to Hope by Nancy Guthrie. PTCUMC plans Ash Wednesday service

Wisdom for Life classes start March 10
Wisdom of Life classes taught by Vera Pedersen will begin Thursday, March 10, at 10:30 a.m. at the Starbuck’s Meeting Room on Ga. Highway 54 in the Publix Shopping Center in Peachtree City. PTCUMC will offer Lenten study
A six-week Lenten study, “Show Me the Way,” will begin Sunday, March 13, from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. at Peachtree City United Methodist Church. The cost is $14. The study is being offered in conjunction with Henri Nouwen’s book, Show Me the Way: Daily Lenten Readings. Participants will be guided through a time of reading, reflection, and discussion. PTCUMC marriage seminar is March 25
Peachtree City United Methodist Church is teaming up with Dogwood Church in Tyrone to offer a weekend session for enhancing marriages. The Married Life Seminar will take place at Dogwood Church in Tyrone beginning Friday, March 25, from 7-9 p.m., and will continue Saturday, March 26, from 8:30 a.m. – noon. Project Linus schedules meetings
The Fayette County “Project Linus” group will meet at Community Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), 349 Kenwood Rd., Fayetteville, on the third Wednesday of each month from noon until 3 p.m., and on the first Saturday of each month from 10 a.m. until noon. The Summit tutoring program is a ministry that focuses on supporting, encouraging, and serving children in the community.
