01st Lt. Christopher Taylor, son of Colonel (retired) Chip and Kim Taylor, Peachtree City, graduated Sept. 24 at Sheppard AFB, Texas, after completing the European-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training Program. Taylor received both the Distinguished Graduate Award as well as the top Academic Excellence Award. He received an assignment to fly the F-15E Strike Eagle.
Taylor is a 2003 graduate of McIntosh High School, 2007 graduate from the United States Air Force Academy, and a 2009 graduate with a master’s degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After some additional training at Sheppard AFB, Taylor will report to Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro, NC, for training in the Strike Eagle.
