Peachtree City United Methodist Church is gearing up for its annual Chicken-Que set for Sept. 24.

Half a chicken, cole slaw, baked beans and a slice of bread complete the meal which is still priced at only $8 dollars.

The Chicken-Que is a take-out only event and those purchasing dinners in advance don’t even have to get out of their car. They can drive through the campus between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Sept. 24 and have their hot meals handed to them.

Once again this year, the UMM will be providing meals to first responders on duty on Sept. 24. Those purchasing an extra ticket will help cover the cost of a meal for a police officer or firefighter.

To purchase dinner tickets and for information, contact 770-486-5331.
