Mary Elisabeth Jones, 100, of Fayetteville, passed away October 27, 2015.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband Cecil H. Jones and parents Christopher and Catherine Davis. She is survived by her daughter Cecilia (Howard) Payne, two grandchildren, and lots of lots of nieces and nephews.

The funeral service was held Saturday, October 31, 2015, at 1 p.m., in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville, with Dr. Alex Moses officiating.

Burial followed at Jonesboro Cemetery. The family received friends Friday, October 30, 2015, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
