0Clayton State University’s annual celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day will once again feature the public King’s Sunday Supper.
The annual King’s Sunday Supper invites people from diverse backgrounds to come together, share a meal and discuss issues, values and strengths of the community.
The dinner will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., on Sunday, Jan. 18, in the ballroom of the Student Activities Center (SAC) on the main campus. The meal is free to Clayton State students, but $10 per person for others to cover the cost of the meal.

As part of the university’s MLK celebration, Campus Life is also sponsoring a movie night for Clayton State students at the Tinseltown 17 movie theater in Fayetteville on Friday, Jan. 16, to see the much-acclaimed film, “Selma.” Contact Lakiesa Robinson at (678) 466-5421 for more information.
The annual Day of Service for Clayton State students, also held in conjunction with the MLK celebration, is scheduled for 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 19.
