SOCCER: Lost 4-1 to New Manchester (boys) after leading 1-0 at the half. Joey Blount scored the lone goal for Landmark.
TENNIS: The girls lost a tight match to Mt. Vernon by a score of 3-2. Winning for the girls were the doubles teams of Andi O’Reilly/Alexa Johnson and Caroline Windham/Hays Lollis. The Landmark boys swept Mt. Vernon 5-0. Singles players Michael Edwards, Chris Manning, and Collin McFadden combined to drop only one game in their matches, while the doubles teams of Alex Morley/Aaron Winfrey and Zachary Taylor/Zachary Carter won in convincing fashion.

BASEBALL: Lost 5-3 to Drew.
GOLF: Scored 174 to finish second in a tri-match with Northgate and Whitewater (girls).
LACROSSE: Overcame a 7-3 second quarter deficit to beat area opponent Pace Academy (boys) 13-9. The Chiefs were led by Caleb Sellars (8 face-off wins, 2 goals, 2 assists) and Billy Magill (2 goals, 3 assists). The girls’ overall record is 9-1 and the area record is 6-0 after losing to Blessed Trinity 19-14 and beating Pace Academy 23-5. Tulah Blanton led the team this week with 11 goals, 2 assists, and 5 draw controls. Shelby Durden followed with 5 goals and 8 assists. Defensively Kylie Bednarick has come up with 15 ground balls and 2 draw controls.

TENNIS: Lost 5-0 (boys) and 4-1 (girls) to Holy Innocents.
TRACK: Finished strong in the final regular-season meet. Christian Coleman cleared 24 feet, 7 inches in the long jump and recorded a 10.56 in the 100 meters.

SOCCER: The girls lost 2-0 to Eagle’s Landing, while the boys won 5-3.

LACROSSE: Defeated Whitewater (girls) 19-5.
SOCCER: Downed Whitewater (girls) 9-1 in a game that was scoreless at the half. The team is 14-1-0 overall and 8-0-0 in region play. The boys won 3-1 over Whitewater. Both Starr’s Mill teams officially qualified for the state playoffs.
