B’nai Israel sponsors community dance
Congregation B’nai Israel will sponsor a “Swing to the ‘60s Dance Fundraiser” Saturday, Jan. 23, at 7:30 p.m. at the Tyrone Depot, 847 Senoia Rd. in Tyrone. Dance to the sounds of the renowned band, “Second Time Around.” The event will also feature dance demonstrations, a full buffet dinner and dessert, all for $25 per person. Bond Servant Bible study offered
Pastor Knox Herndon will offer his  “Bond Servant Bible Study” beginning Thursday, Jan. 23 and continuing each Thursday through May 29, from 10 -11:30 a.m  in the meeting room of the Dogwood Church’s “Real Life Store,” 400 Glynn St., Fayetteville. Financial Peace U. scheduled at PUMC
Providence United Methodist Church will offer Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University Sundays from 5-7 p.m. beginning Feb. 9. The $93 cost includes workbook, audio CDs, cash management system and more. Free childcare is provided. Call the church office, 770-719-8800, for information.
