0Mrs. Martha Louise Pierce of Tyrone passed away May 20, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruth Bruce and Clarence Grant; sister, Nell Atkinson and is survived by her husband of 55 years, Donald E. Pierce of Tyrone; son, Todd E. Pierce and his wife Sherry of Temple, Ga.; daughter, Lisa Chaney and her husband Daniel of Jasper, Ga.; grandchildren, Ashlee Foster and her husband Luke; Travis Chaney and his wife Ginny; great granddaughters, Aubree and Kennedy; brothers, Edward Grant of Conyers, Ga.; Mr. and Mrs. William T. Grant of Fayetteville, Ga. and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Dr. Jerry Cross officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park. Those wishing may sign the online guestbook at www.parrottfuneralhome.com.

The family received friends Tuesday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. at Parrott Funeral Home and Crematory, 770-964-4800.
