0Charles Blazej, 89, of Fayetteville, passed away February 2, 2017.
Charles is survived by his wife, Sue; daughters, Cheryl Blazej and Cyndy (Andy) Miller; grandchildren, Michael, Maegan, Miranda, and Makenzie Miller, and Chris Grant.
A funeral service was held Tuesday, February 7, 2017, at 1 p.m., at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville, with Dr. J.W. Wallis officiating. The family received friends from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, www.alz.org.
