Lindsey Nicole Wallace, 21, of Fayetteville, passed away on August 29, 2017.
She was born in Riverdale, Ga. on September 8, 1995 to Tammy and Larry (Jay) Wallace, Jr. Lindsey graduated from Starrs Mill High School in 2014 and was a senior at Kennesaw State University, where she was studying early childhood education.
Lindsey was preceded in death by her grandparents, Billy Gibby, Jackie Gibby and Gail Wallace; her aunt, Sharon Peters; and her cousin, Joey Beck.
She is survived by her parents; her sister, Ansley Wallace; her brother, Jackson Wallace; her grandparents, Judy and Larry Wallace; her great-grandparents, Henry and Bettye Whitson; her aunts, Trudie (Clifford) Wells and Vickie (Joe) Beck; her great-uncle, David Whitson; and her great-aunt, Leisa McGinnis; her cousins, Danny, Richard, Amie and Bryan Hansard, Chad and Tracey Wells, and Tim Beck; and her boyfriend, Joshua J. Slough.
A Celebration of Life service was held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville Chapel, with Pastor James Beck officiating. The family received friends from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, September 1, 2017 at the funeral home.
