Dell Kerr, 87

Dell Kerr, 87, devoted Pastor’s wife, loving mother, grandmother, and sister, of Fayetteville, passed away September 28, 2017. She was born in Franklin, Ga. on September 27, 1930 to the late James and Ruby Staley.

Dell was preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Robert “Bob” Allen Kerr in 2013, her son, Kevin Kerr in 2011, and her parents.

She is survived by her children, Betsy Kerr, Andy Kerr, and Jennifer (Richard) Kerr Huycke; grandchildren, Allen Huycke and Kerry Huycke; chosen grandchild, Q; brothers, Michael Staley and Tommy (Pat) Staley; sisters, Peggy Harris and Linda Hill.

A memorial celebration of life was held at 1 p.m. on Monday October 2, 2017 at Inman United Methodist Church with Dr. Royeese Stowe and her Pastor, Reverend Tommy Ross officiating.  There was a visitation following the service at the church.
