0Members of Fayetteville First United Methodist Church (FFUMC) invite the community to their Lenten Lunch series which began on Ash Wednesday.
Lunches are served at noon each Thursday in the fellowship hall. A light lunch is served followed by an inspirational speaker.
The lunch is hosted by each of FFUMC’s United Methodist Women’s Circle groups. The cost of the lunch is $2.
Speakers for the Thursday Lenten Lunches are: March 8, David Hobson; March 15, Gary Wood; March 22, the Rev. Jennie Andone; March 29 the Rev. Ed Steil; and April 5 the Rev. Bob Partridge.
Fayetteville First United Methodist Church is at 175 East Lanier Ave., Fayetteville. The congregation is led by the Rev. Mark Westmoreland.
