The familiar little red brick building along Highway 54 in Fayetteville is getting a new identity as owner Heidi Delvenne transforms the former Salt MedSpa into Salt Spa Haven, with a renovated interior, an expanded wellness team, and plans for a completely different exterior.

Delvenne purchased the business in February 2026 and began updating the space while continuing to serve existing clients. Now, with the Salt Spa Haven name, she is planning the next stage of its transformation.

Her plans include painting the red brick building white and hiring a muralist to create artwork illustrating what visitors can find inside.

The exterior makeover could be particularly noticeable to drivers who have passed the small house for years without knowing what the business offers.

The Citizen featured the spa in April, shortly after Delvenne purchased it. At that time, she had already begun remodeling the interior and expanding its wellness offerings.

A New Look Inside and Out

Today, the renovated spa features two salt rooms designed for different experiences.

One room accommodates yoga classes, tea parties, creative art activities, and other small gatherings. The other, known as the relaxation room, features Himalayan salt flooring and softly illuminated stars across the ceiling.

The relaxation room can accommodate up to nine guests, whether someone wants to visit alone, spend time with friends, or arrange a small group celebration. Guests can read, meditate, nap, or simply relax while the spa’s dry salt aerosol system operates.

The business also includes an addition at the back of the house with three treatment rooms, where five massage therapists and two reflexologists provide services. A two-person infrared sauna offers another option for visitors.

Delvenne said the business has grown from having a single part-time massage therapist to a larger team of experienced practitioners.

“We started with one part time massage therapist and are growing by delivering exceptional services with experienced people who want to be a part of the loving family-owned business,” Delvenne said.

The massage team includes Ely, Anna, Victoria, Zach, and Bev, each with more than 15 years of experience, according to Delvenne.

The new name and planned exterior makeover are intended to give the business an identity that better reflects the services and activities offered inside.

The Woman Helping Heidi Make It Happen

As Delvenne continues expanding Salt Spa Haven, she credits much of the business’s daily success to someone who was already working there before she became the owner.

Madison Dallaire was hired by the previous owner approximately seven months before Delvenne purchased the spa. Initially responsible for the front desk, Dallaire quickly learned the business’s scheduling system, salt therapy equipment, and customer service operations.

“She was doing such a good job figuring out how the salt system worked, scheduling, managing the front desk and providing phenomenal customer service that I have come to rely on her,” Delvenne said.

Dallaire has since been promoted to director of operations, taking on greater responsibility for managing the business while Delvenne concentrates on its growth and community connections.

Delvenne said Dallaire frequently anticipates what needs to be done and takes the initiative to complete tasks without being asked.

“Madison is more like my right hand, she loves the business and community as much as I do and just wants to do her very best all the time,” Delvenne said.

Their working relationship extends beyond managing appointments and coordinating staff. The two also find opportunities to have fun, sometimes dancing, dressing in Halloween costumes, or filming humorous Instagram videos featuring yoga.

Growing a Business With Community Connections

Delvenne moved to the area with her family in 2019 and began teaching yoga at the spa in 2020, years before she had the opportunity to purchase it.

She remains active in local organizations, including Business Women of Fayette and Coweta Counties, Launch Fayette’s One Million Cups, and the Friends and Neighbors Club of Peachtree City.

Those community connections have become part of her approach to growing Salt Spa Haven, while Dallaire helps oversee the business’s day-to-day responsibilities.

For Delvenne, having someone she trusts running the operations has become an important part of building the business she envisions.

“I feel so incredibly fortunate to have Madison on staff, my partner in growing the business, loving the staff and providing a place for clients to come relax, unwind and enjoy our soothing, calming little place for an hour or two of peace in this hectic world,” Delvenne said.

Salt Spa Haven is located at 128 Sumner Road in Fayetteville, near Highway 54.
