Beverly Ann Mask Estes, 90

Beverly Ann Mask Estes, 90, passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 19, 2026, in Woodstock, Georgia.

Beverly was born in Fayetteville, Georgia June 8.1936. In her later years, she moved to Woodstock to live with her daughter, where she was surrounded by the love and care of her family.

A woman of remarkable intelligence, determination, and compassion, Beverly graduated from John Marshall University with a law degree in 1968, an impressive achievement for a woman of her generation. She chose to devote herself to raising her family as a stay-at-home mother. Later in life, she worked for the Clayton County Probate Court, where she continued to serve others with dedication and professionalism. Beverly was also an active and devoted member of Iota Tau Tau International Legal Sorority, an organization through which she formed lasting friendships and remained connected to the legal community. She was a faithful member of New Hope Methodist Church in Hampton, Georgia, where she served in many roles throughout the years. The church held a special place in her heart, as her family helped establish it in the 1880s. Throughout her life, she believed there was no greater calling than caring for those she loved, and she poured her heart into creating a home filled with love, support, and encouragement.

Beverly was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Hugh Estes, and her sister, Catherine Renaud.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Julie, and son-in-law, Bobby Calvert; her brother, Charles Mask; her three grandchildren Collin Chandler; Brennan Chandler; Cara Bagwell and her husband Jacob; and a great-granddaughter who will soon be welcomed into the family.

Beverly will be remembered for her quiet strength, wisdom, kindness, and unwavering devotion to her family. She leaves behind a legacy of love, perseverance, and selflessness that will continue to inspire all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family and friends.

A Celebration of Life service commemorating Beverly’s life will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at New Hope Methodist Church, 1014 New Hope Drive, Hampton, GA 30228. Beverly will be laid to rest immediately following the service in the New Hope Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends and visitors beginning at 12:00 p.m., one hour prior to the service in the church fellowship hall.
