Event to be held October 28 at Maguire’s in Downtown Senoia

SENOIA, GA — The Business Women of Fayette & Coweta (BWFC) will host its next networking and learning event on Tuesday, October 28, at Maguire’s in downtown Senoia, featuring BWFC President Ellie White-Stevens presenting “Unlock the Power of Sponsorships.”

The evening begins with self-pay dinner at 5:00 p.m., followed by the program at 6:00 p.m. Members, guests, and nonprofit leaders are invited to attend this engaging session on how to build stronger partnerships and attract sponsors to support community impact.

White-Stevens, who is also Editor of The Citizen and owner of the marketing agency Dirt1x, will share her proven principles for selling sponsorships with confidence. Her talk will outline how to identify and approach the right sponsors, build authentic relationships, and use marketing value to create win-win partnerships for both businesses and nonprofits.

“Selling sponsorships isn’t just about raising money,” said White-Stevens. “It’s about connecting purpose-driven people with opportunities to make a measurable difference in our community.”

Also speaking at the event is Dr. Karyn Staples, PT, PhD, the lead physical therapist at ProHealth Physical Therapy and Pilates Studio on “The Posture of Power: How Movement Shapes Leadership Presence.” As an expert on movement, Staples will bring an interactive component to the BWFC meeting, helping business women to present themselves stronger in their professional lives.  ProHealth is one of BWFC’s Partners in giving back, and has been for several years.

As part of BWFC’s mission of “giving back for a better community,” this event will also highlight how the organization’s year-round Partnership Program, provides sustainable, one-time sponsorship opportunities that fund BWFC’s signature events—Connect & Conquer, Denim & Diamonds, and Music Bingo on Giving Tuesday.

Space is limited; attendees are encouraged to RSVP at www.bwfcc.org.
