Festive St. Patrick’s-themed race promotes health, wellness and community spirit
The Town at Trilith today announced it will host its first-ever Be Well Shamrock Dash 5K on Saturday, March 15, inviting runners and walkers to take part in a lively St. Patrick-themed race through the heart of Trilith. The event will bring the community together in support of the Trilith Foundation, with race proceeds benefitting its mission to enrich lives and strengthen communities.
The race begins at 9 a.m. in Trilith Town Centre, with a morning full of activities leading up to the race:
- 7 a.m. – 8:55 a.m.: Race Day Packet Pick-Up and In-Person Registration
- 8:45 a.m.: Trilith Foundation Welcome & Thank You
- 8:55 a.m.: Piedmont Wellness Warm-Up
- 9 a.m.: 5K Start Time
After crossing the finish line, participants are encouraged to stay for the awards ceremony, where top finishers in each age group will receive medals and prizes. Attendees can also explore a Health & Wellness Market, featuring local vendors, wellness experts and fitness gear.

Registration Details:
To guarantee a race T-shirt in their preferred size, participants must register by February 27. While race day registration will be available, T-shirts are only guaranteed for those who register in advance. Due to an anticipated high turnout, early packet pickup is strongly encouraged and will take place on Friday, March 14, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the lobby of Piedmont Wellness Center (200 Trilith Pkwy, Fayetteville, GA 30214).
