Raymond Merrell Fennel, 64, of Fayetteville, Georgia, passed away September 15, 2023. He was born on November 16, 1958, in Jesup, Georgia, to Theron and Betty Fennel.Â
Raymond is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly Fennel; children, Aaron Fennel and Scott Fennel; mother, Betty Hodges; brothers, Randy Fennel, Rusty Hodges and Ryan Hodges; sister, Rena Conner; as well as extended family and friends.
As per his wishes, no public service will be scheduled.
