0The top Cardinals recently got a visit from a lot of their friends.
Each month, Crabapple Lane Elementary’s PBIS Students of the Month are honored for being “Respectful, Safe, and Present,” their school-wide PBIS expectations. They each receive a special yard sign for their achievement, and it is delivered by school staff. About 25 staff members took part in the September caravan.
“It is a great community outreach program,” said Crabapple Lane Principal Vicki Rachels. “The teachers gain as much from the experience as the students.”
