Being a well-rounded students requires learning outside of the classroom, and the Cleveland Elementary Crocodiles got a special lesson in kindness.

Guest speaker Debbie McFarland shared with the young Crocodiles how one small act of kindness can cause a ripple of positive impact on others. Students, families, and staff took that idea and ran with it, decorating rocks with positive messages to spread around town.

Thanks to a donation from non-profit education organization JumpStart, each family also received a copy of the book “Maybe Something Beautiful: How Art Transformed a Neighborhood.”
