A pair of high school seniors are diving into the world of AI and machine learning through the Work-Based Learning (WBL) program. Parth Mahajan and Jace Moffett have been selected to join Country Fried Creative (CFC) as Marketing Analytics and Data Science interns, working within the agency’s CFC Analytics team.

CFC Analytics uses data science and machine learning to help companies achieve better marketing. In their new roles, Mahajan and Moffett will apply mathematics, statistics, programming, and artificial intelligence to solve real-world business and marketing problems for CFC’s clients. Their day-to-day work will involve writing Python code, building machine learning models for descriptive and predictive analytics, and integrating advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) like Google Gemini AI to develop actionable marketing insights.

Parth Mahajan, a student at Starr’s Mill High, brings over five years of experience in Python and Java programming. As the co-founder of an AI agency and a Governor’s Honors Program semi-finalist in physics, Mahajan possesses a strong background in software engineering and artificial intelligence.

Jace Moffett, a student at McIntosh High, possesses a strong technical foundation with proficiency in Java and Python. An AP Scholar with coursework in AP Computer Science, Moffett is also a natural leader who serves as the varsity captain for the McIntosh cross country and track teams, earning the Coach’s Award for his outstanding work ethic and integrity.

“We are incredibly proud of Parth and Jace for taking this exciting step in their academic and professional journeys,” said Melanie Duncan, Fayette County Public Schools WBL Coordinator. “The Work-Based Learning program is designed to bridge the gap between classroom instruction and real-world application. Partnering with innovative local businesses like Country Fried Creative allows our top-tier students to use their talents in computer science and leadership to make a tangible impact before they even graduate.”

Joe Domaleski, CEO of Country Fried Creative and Chief Data Scientist, is eager to welcome the students to the team.

“At Country Fried Creative, we use data science and machine learning to help companies achieve better marketing,” said Domaleski. “This was a highly competitive internship, and we selected Parth and Jace because of their exceptional skills. They will be taking on rigorous, college-level work, applying AI, machine learning, and programming to help local businesses improve. We are thrilled to partner with the Fayette County Schools WBL program to give these talented young men hands-on agency experience working on live client accounts.”
