Construction of the Starr’s Mill Waffle House on Ga. Highway 74 South in Peachtree City is well-underway, with the opening expected soon.
The last item clearing the way for the new restaurant was the Dec. 9 approval of the landscape plan at the Peachtree City Planning Commission.
The restaurant located on the west side of Hwy. 74 South in the Wilshire Village retail area.
To be located near the intersection with Rockaway Road, the 1,900 sq. ft. restaurant will be situated to the nearby Starr’s Mill Dental office Panera Bread restaurant.
Plans included 24 vehicle parking spaces and three spaces for golf carts.
As with other Waffle House restaurants, the new location will be open 24 hours.
