Conserving Georgia Benefit & Auction The 1st Annual Conserving Georgia Benefit will be held Saturday, Aug. 17, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Zac Brown’s Camp Southern Ground in Fayetteville.

Presented by the Southern Conservation Trust, the event will highlight conservation efforts in the state of Georgia. This will be an indoor event, in the one of a kind facilities at Camp Southern Ground in Fayetteville, Georgia. The event will feature a premiere auction with a focus on wildlife and outdoor recreation with a live bluegrass band, and chef-prepared field to table wild game dinner.

The event will also serve as the launch of a new beer, #ConserveGeorgia, and partnership with Line Creek Brewing Company! All proceeds will go towards expanding environmental education and access to nature in Georgia.

The Field to Table Wild Game Dinner menu includes persimmon & arugula salad, sous vide venison tournedos, French chicken breasts with artichoke vin blanc, cauliflower “mac & cheese”, wild mushroom & herb quinoa & lentils, roasted green beans & red potatoes, cornbread, and caramelized peach upside down cake!
