Elizabeth Folds, age 79, of Tyrone

Mrs. Elizabeth Folds, age 79, of Tyrone, passed away Friday, February 15, 2019. She was born on January 14, 1940 in Newfoundland, Canada.

Mrs. Folds was an avid bowler who loved the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves. She enjoyed watching Jeopardy and serving people.

She is survived by her son, Andy Folds and his wife, Berta of Tyrone; daughter, Kathy Morris and her husband, John of Locust Grove; siblings, Inez, Herma, Deloures, Brenda, Joe, Howard, Gary, Bill; grandchildren, Brandie Waldroup and her husband, Justin, Kayla Potts and her husband, Ryan, Aubrey Folds, Andrew Folds; great grandchildren, Olivia Ritter and Elijah Henry.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Hopewell United Methodist Church with visitation beginning at 12:30 p.m. Rev. Jenny Anderson and Rev. Billy Beard officiating. Those wishing may sign the online guestbook at www.parrottfuneralhome.com.
