Cole Chapple, who is in Troop 75 out of the United Methodist Church troop, created numbers and labeled all classrooms using the outside windows at Crabapple Lane Elementary School. for his Eagle Scout project. The numbers will help first responders identify parts of the school in the case of an emergency.
