Jill Foddrill Jackson, 87, stepped over on March 14, 2017 in Peachtree City, Ga. Jill was born in Mitchell, Ind. to the late John A. and Eulah Carpenter Foddrill.
Jill graduated from DePauw University. At DePauw she met the love of her life, Bob Jackson, and the two of them enjoyed a life of travel, family and service in her beloved city of Indianapolis.
Following the passing of Bob, Jill moved to Peachtree City, where she found another group of dear friends at Arbor Terrace. Although pulmonary fibrosis made life difficult at times, it never dampened her spirit.
Jill is survived by her three children, Scott (Debra), Susan Hay and Jake (Karen), three grandchildren, Abby Hay Dowd (Shaun), and Ben and Reed Jackson. Jill had two great grandchildren, Aiden and Ellie Dowd.
Knowing Jill was to know that she cared about you; Jill, we feel the same way.
A celebration of her life will be held at Arbor Terrace on March 31 at 3 p.m.
