“Feed Your Genes” is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 31, 1:30-2:30 p.m. at Fayette Senior Services’ Fayetteville location (The Life Enrichment Center, 4 Center Drive).
Nutritional professionals have always been intrigued and puzzled by the fact that each person’s body is so different. Although our genetic makeup sets the stage, environmental factors and lifestyle choices determine who is susceptible to certain diseases. Mary Kay Rudd, PhD and Registered Dietician, discusses the interactions among diet and lifestyle factors and their influences on health and disease in relation to nutritional genomics.
This program is free but pre-registration is required at 770-461-0813 or firstname.lastname@example.org (include name, phone number and event title). FSS members and non-members welcome. For more information, visit www.fayss.org.
