Kevin Joseph Sundloff passed away on October 28, 2016.

Kevin was born in Colorado Springs, Colo. on November 5, 1994. He grew up in Peachtree City and Fayetteville Ga. He attended Peoples Elementary School, Rising Starrs Middle School and Starrs Mill High School. He graduated with honors from Starrs Mill in 2013.

He earned the Zell Miller Hope Scholarship and was an AP Scholar with Distinction. He graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was a member of the National Honor Society and The National Beta Club. He attended Georgia Tech and Kennesaw State Universities. His chosen majors were Physics and Computer Science. He worked as a tutor and provided expertise in computer hardware and software applications. He developed a love of travel which brought him to 4 continents to include South America where he developed a wonderful relationship with Elaine Vilela, her daughter Julia Di Iannni and their family from Alpinopolis in Minas, Brazil. He served as a volunteer for charities such as Relay for Life, Hustle for Hope and Toys for Tots. Everyone who knew Kevin, surely loved him. He had a special disposition that anyone who knew him could appreciate. He was a delicate soul with a clever sense of humor.

He is survived by his father, Fred Sundloff. His mother, Judy Jakuback Sundloff, who preceded him in passing. He is survived by his sister Catie and his brothers Michael and Scott Sundloff. He is survived by his great aunt Beth Sundloff, Kent Ohio; His aunt Judy and uncle Jim O’Connor of Frankfurt Germany; his cousins Courtney and Jordan O’Connor of Seattle, Wash. He is survived by his relatives in New Rochelle, N.Y.: grandmother Margaret Jakuback, aunt Bettianne and uncle Angelo Guglielmo, aunt Mary Lavigne and cousins: Jason, Kristin, Shannon, Matthew, Jillian and Nicole. He is survived by aunt Sue and uncle Lance Souther of Ohio and cousins Holly and Josh Souther. He is also survived by his aunt Anne Marie and uncle Mark Calabrese of Houston Texas and cousins David and Thomas Calabrese. He had friends from all over the world to include special families from Scottland, Germany and Brazil. They all loved him dearly.

A memorial service was held on November 3 at Carl J. Mowell and Son Funeral Home in Peachtree City.

A funeral service will be held at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne, N. Y. on November 5, 2016.
