Mr. Owen Matthew Bohdan, 15, of Fayetteville, Georgia, passed away on September 17, 2016.
He was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, to Eric and Mary Bohdan. Owen was a sophomore at Starr’s Mill High School where he was active in the marching band, playing the alto saxophone. He was a talented artist and concert musician. Owen particularly enjoyed live music events and being outdoors. His favorite week of the year was when he attended Camp Weekaneatit, a summer camp for children with Celiac Disease.
Owen is preceded in death by his brother, Will Bohdan and his grandparents, Carl and Wilma Floyd. He is survived by his parents, Eric and Mary Bohdan; brothers, Ryan, Sam, and Colin; grandmother, Jackie Bohdan and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 7 p.m. in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Peachtree City. Pastor Drew Elling will officiate. Burial will be in Farragut, Tennessee.
The family will receive friends and family on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home, Peachtree City.
