Marsha Thadison of Yesterday’s Kitchen 4 Today will be joining a discussion on “8 Reasons Why We Should Eat Fermented Foods” scheduled for Friday, Sept. 23, 2-4 p.m. at the Newnan Carnegie Library, 1 LaGrange Street in Newnan.

Yesterday’s Kitchen 4 Today informs consumers about healthier ways to prepare foods, including natural ingredients and the benefits they provide. They also train people on the use of hand cranks, electric mills, and other equipment for effective and natural food processing. They are bringing the knowledge of our grandparents to a new generation.
