LDS Church to host free car wash
Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints will host a free car wash, Saturday, Sept. 10 from 4-6 p.m. at 101 S Peachtree Parkway, Peachtree City.
New Life Springs Church plans meeting
A new church serving Fayette and Coweta counties is expected to arrive in 2017. Life Springs Church will host a special interest social at the Peachtree City StarBucks meeting room on Sunday, Sept. 11 from 5-6 p.m. The address is Peachtree East Shopping Center, 130 Peachtree East Shopping Center #200, Peachtree City (cross from Sprouts). There will be free coffee for those in attendance and a chance to win some fantastic giveaways. This is open to anyone, whether spiritual or not. Bethany UMC plans Homecoming
Bethany United Methodist Church will celebrate Homecoming Sunday, Sept. 18, beginning with morning worship at 10:45 a.m. The Rev. Bruce Handy will be the guest preacher. A covered dish lunch will follow the service. Bethany is on the corner of Rivers/Milam and Lee’s Lake Roads in north Fayette County.
