Looking for full-time employment? The Department of Juvenile Justice is offering employment opportunities at DJJ’s secure facilities around the state.

The agency has launched a month-long candidate search in 10 Georgia communities to fill professional positions for teachers, registered nurses (RN) and juvenile corrections officers (JCOs).

“The department is looking for highly qualified teachers and RNs, as well as JCO candidates to fill our fall training classes,” said DJJ commissioner Avery D. Niles. “We want applicants who can commit to helping young offenders overcome their troubled life transitions while in our custody. We’re hiring jobseekers with personal drive to become part of our dedicated team.”
