The Clintons and great storytelling

My wife and I paid over $200 a ticket to see Garrison Keillor reminisce from Lake Wobegon.

Keillor is said to be America’s greatest story teller.

Loving husband Bill Clinton beat him out at the DNC.

I listened carefully as I thought I heard the theme music from “The Twilight Zone” in the background as he was telling the Hillary and Bill love stories.

I especially like the line, “Whenever there was trouble in the world, they dropped Hillary in to quiet things down.”

I had to jog my memory. Oh, yes, now I remember: Whenever there were bimbo eruptions they dropped Hillary in to destroy the women and quiet things down.

Followed by another black eye, thrown Waterford vase and smashed “Dancin’ on the beach” photo-op picture in the Oval Office.

I had tears in my eyes, as “I felt his pain.”

“What difference at this point does it make?”
