Mrs. Marlene Ginn Hodge, 65, of Fayetteville, Ga. passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at her home.

Mrs. Hodge was born in Royston, Ga. on May 17, 1950,  daughter of the late Joe Edgar Ginn and the late Betty Faye Hanley Ginn. She was a sales associate having worked with Foxboro and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Snellville, Ga.

Survivors include her husband, Fred G. Hodge; sons and daughters-in-law, Chuck and Tesa Hodge of Smiths, Ala. and Art and Melissa Hodge of Dallas, Ga.; daughters and son-in-law, Shannon and Keith Turner of Fayetteville, Ga. and Pam Hodge of Jesup; grandson, Evan Turner; sisters, Faye Greenway of Flowery Branch, Ga. and Debbie Smart of Athens, Ga.; and several step grandchildren.

A funeral service for Mrs. Hodge was held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 07, 2016, in the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel.

The family received friends at Pruitt Funeral Home from 1:30 p.m. until funeral hour on Saturday afternoon.

A graveside service for Mrs. Hodge was held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 08, 2016, at the Pinecrest Memorial Cemetery in Jesup, Ga. Visitation was held from 2 p.m. until funeral hour in the cemetery.
