Spring is here and landscaping efforts can be seen around Peachtree City. Coming with the season have been several incidents of the theft of law equipment.

The theft of law equipment occurred at the Wyndham Conference Center off Ga. Highway 54 when a Stihl blower and weed-eater and a set of pole sheers were stolen from the bed of a cargo truck. The theft occurred while workers were on duty at the site.

Another theft occurred at a residence on Oakmount Drive off Flat Creek Road where two Stihl leaf blowers and two weed-eaters were stolen.

A third theft occurred on Cirrus Court off Ga. Highway 74 North when two blowers were stolen from a work truck. Norcross police later recovered the items from a pawn shop in Gwinnett County.
