Mr. Michael Morton, 72, of Fayetteville, died March 13, 2016.  

Michael was a faithful supporter of Southside Church in Peachtree City.  

He was preceded in death by his parents Bill & Bonnie Morton and his brother Jeff Morton.  

He is survived by his wife of 52 years Jeannie Morton; 3 sons Rob Morton of Fayetteville, Richie & Vicki Morton of Dothan, Ala., and Ryan & Amy Morton of Decatur, Ga.; 6 grandchildren Reagan, Wyatt, Walker, Cooper, Harper and Liam.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 15, 2015 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Rev. Chris Patton officiated. Burial  followed at Westminster Memorial Gardens.  The family received friends on Tuesday prior to the service.
