Elna (Suzy) Tisdale of Peachtree City, Georgia, died peacefully on February 23, 2016. She was born in Sylacauga, Alabama, on March 25, 1924, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James H. Smith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Howard Tisdale and their son Robert Tisdale. She is survived by her brother, Charles L. Smith and wife Jean, three grandchildren, Tim, Jeremy and Chad and nieces and nephews.

She was a homemaker. She was known for her beautiful sense of fashion. She was a talented painter and enjoyed writing poetry.

Graveside service was held at Westminster Memorial Gardens on Thursday, February 25, 2016, 11 a.m., with Pastor Art Fulks of First Baptist Church Peachtree City officiating.
