The Flash Foods store on Crosstown Drive in Peachtree City was robbed at gunpoint in the early morning hours of Aug. 24. No one was injured in the incident.
The Peachtree City Police Department reported that a black male in his 20s displayed a silver handgun and robbed the Flash Foods store at 1001 Crosstown Drive at gunpoint at approximately 1:30 a.m. on Aug. 24.
The man fled after taking an undisclosed amount of money, said department spokesman Mark Brown.
Brown said the man was approximately 5′ 5″ in height and was wearing a grey hoodie, black shorts with a white stripe and black shoes
The man fled on foot, crossing the street and continuing behind the businesses, said Brown.
Brown said no one was injured.
