Thomas P. Sullivan, Jr., a long time resident of Peachtree City, Ga., passed away August 8, 2015.
He is lovingly survived by his wife of over 66 years, Shirley. He was the devoted father of David Sullivan and his wife Peggy Sullivan of Peachtree City; dear brother of Helene Schecowicz of Woburn, Mass.; and loving grandfather to Nora Sullivan Elwell (Peachtree City) and Timothy Sullivan (Colorado). He is also survived by his three cherished great-grandchildren: Hannah, Julianne, and Andy Elwell of Peachtree City.
He was sadly preceded in death by five of his siblings.
A dedicated member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, he had spent many years singing in the church choir. He was a proud member of the Kiwanis Club of Peachtree City for many years. He enjoyed family, Braves baseball, golf, and his many family dogs.
His life had an impact on this world and his memory will always be in our hearts. A remembrance service will be held Wednesday, August 26, 2015, at 4 p.m., in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Peachtree City.
