Fayette Senior Services is hosting “Say Yes to Healthy Eating” Wednesday, July 29, 1-2 p.m. at The Gathering Place, 191 McIntosh Trail in Peachtree City.
Don’t assume all fats, carbs and proteins are bad for you. Beverly Washington will talk about the best fats, carbs and proteins everyone should be eating for a healthier lifestyle.
