CCWW plans cookout, auction
Christ’s Church at Whitewater will host an Old Fashion Summer Cook-Out and silent auction on Sunday, June 7, following the 10:45 a.m. morning service. Bids open June 7 and conclude on June 14. Items can be viewed at www.ccwhitewater.org prior to the auction.  Winners will be notified June 15. Christ’s Church at Whitewater is on Ga. CTK plans VBS next week
Christ the King Church will have Vacation Bible School June 8-12 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. The theme this year is “Journey Off the Map.” The church is at 4881 Ga. Highway 34 East, Sharpsburg.

Senoia Baptist VBS set for June 8-12
First Baptist Church of Senoia invites children to “Everest VBS: Conquering Challenges with God’s Mighty Power,”set for June 8 – 12. Everest is for children ages four to fifth grade, and will run from 6-8:30 p.m. each day. Kids will participate in Bible-learning activities, singing catchy songs, playing team-building games, eating yummy treats, and experiencing one-of-a-kind Bible adventures. The week will conclude with a cookout, rock climbing wall, bounce house and water slide. First Baptist Church of Senoia is at 41 Johnson Street. SDA Church will host basketball camp
The Peachtree City Seventh Day Adventist Church, 4957 Ga. Highway 34 East in Sharpsburg, will host a basketball camp June 15 – 19 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. for kids ages 9 – 13.  The cost of the camp is $150 and includes lunch and a T-shirt.   Register online at www.ptcsda.com.

Wheelchair Experience set for June 20
The  public is invited to experience what it’s like to live life in a wheelchair  at the  “Wheelchair Experience” on Market Day, Saturday, June 20, from 11 a.m. – noon at Fayetteville First United Methodist Church. A $5 donation benefits the Spina Bifida Association of Georgia. The church is in downtown Fayetteville across the street from the historic courthouse.

Woolsey Baptist VBS set for June 22
 Woolsey Baptist Church’s  Vacation Bible School will be June 22-26, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Ages are four years old through completed sixth grade. Providence VBS set for June 22-26
Providence UMC invites all kindergarten-fifth grade children to Everest VBS from 9 a.m. – noon,  June 22-26. There will be crafts, songs, snacks and a Bible lesson each day. VBS is free with music CDs and t-shirts available for $5 each.
