Program at Newnan library June 11

The Central Library in Newnan is hosting “Escape Ordinary Newnan” with Jeff Bishop, author of “Newnan: Images of America.” The event is scheduled for Thursday, June 11, at 6:30 p.m. in the Central Library Meeting Room.

Bishop, who is executive director of the Newnan-Coweta Historial Society, will share photos from past and present to show the contrast between what Newnan looks like now and what it looked like way back when.

The program is approrpriate for teens and adults. Registration is requested. Sign up at the Adult Services Desk.
