The Newnan-Coweta Chamber’s 30th Anniversary Golf Classic is just around the corner and volunteers are needed to help with everything from food to parking and everything in between.
Volunteer Coordinator Jenny Fritz, of Wells Fargo, is busy scheduling volunteers for time slots on the day of the Golf Classic, and a volunteer training session is coming up soon as well. Volunteers are strongly encouraged to attend training to learn more about their responsibilities and also to sign up for the special T-shirt that volunteers will be wearing the day of the Golf Classic.

Monday, April 20, 4 – 5 p.m., White Oak. Volunteer Q&A meeting. Come hear all the cool details about volunteering and learn the ins/outs of golf course etiquette. Light refreshments and beverages provided.
Tuesday, May 5, 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m., White Oak. Bag Stuffing Party and Lunch. Fast-paced bag-stuffing fun rounded off with final volunteer instructions and a tasty lunch!
Tuesday, May 5, 3 – 6 p.m., White Oak. Cinco de Mayo Party. Enjoy margaritas and Mexican snacks combined with fun and fellowship!
